Qian Wang

Technical Director & Co-Owner

Joined in Aug. 2005 after graduating from Swansea University computer science department with a Master’s degree. As the Co-Owner and Technical Director, Qian oversees day to day customer support, maintenance and development of DicomObjects, XdsObjects and various other healthcare IT projects.

Craig Inward

Technical and Infrastructure Officer

Joined in 2021 as a member of the support team. Craig gained his IT experience through Microsoft Certified Training and being a previous sole trader in domestic IT. In his spare time he enjoys coaching his local girls football team in which his daughter also plays, watching movies and DJing.

Ryan Wake

Junior Developer

Ryan graduated from Swansea University in Computer Science in 2023. Following his graduation Ryan spent time gaining further programming experience before joining Medical Connections as a Junior Software Developer in 2024. Ryan enjoys spending time gaming and is a big follower of the UFC.

Rapten Bhutia

Development Director & Co-Owner

Joined in May 2012 after graduating from Swansea University with a Master's degree in Computer Science with preceded qualifications in the same discipline. Rapten directs product development, feature implementation and maintains customer relations.

Rebecca Jones

Accounts & Licensing Manager

Joined in July 2014 after finishing her accounting and finance degree at Swansea University, Rebecca is our Accounts & Licensing Manager which includes full responsibility for our accounts, administration and licensing. Rebecca has an excellent relationship with existing customers and liaises with new customers daily.

Philippa Webb

Director of Operations & Co-Owner

Philippa started working for Medical Connections back in February 2005, so is a life long, fully paid up, committed member of the Medical Connections staff. Philippa directs and oversees the Company’s operational policies, procedures, initiatives and goals working alongside the Technical Department.

Mandy Wong

Junior Developer

Joined in June 2024 after graduating from Swansea University with a degree in Computer Science. She applies her technical skills and innovative mindset to various projects. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new technologies and discovering new interests.

Sophie Jones

Administration Assistant

Joining in March 2025 as a member of the accounts & licensing team, Sophie works closely with our Accounts Manager on bookkeeping and general office administration. Sophie is passionate about promoting the importance of Mental Health. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, playing rounders & spending time with her young daughter.

Sepideh Khodadadi

Senior Developer

Sepideh joined the team in 2024. Studying AI at the University of South Wales, she has been passionate about programming since 2017. Finding the perfect blend of technology and healthcare at Medical Connections, Sepideh aims to enhance patient care through innovative software solutions. Outside of work, she loves swimming and dancing.
